1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the services offered by KRO SERVICOS E AUTOMACOES LTDA, registered under CNPJ 66.387.336/0001-67, headquartered at Rua Itaguara, 120 — Cidade Vargas — Jabaquara, São Paulo, SP, Brazil, operating under the trade name KRO AI, hereinafter referred to as "KRO AI," "we," "us," or "our." By accessing or using our platform, Chrome extension, or any related services, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Description of Services

KRO AI is a SaaS platform for AI-powered copy testing and landing page conversion optimization. Our service allows users to select text elements on their landing pages through a Chrome browser extension, automatically generate alternative copy variations using artificial intelligence, and run A/B tests to measure which variations perform better. Users manage their experiments, view results, and control their account through the KRO AI dashboard. Certain features, including the number of unique visitors per month, active pages, variations per element, and team member access, are subject to limits that vary according to the subscription plan selected by the user.

3. Account Registration

To use KRO AI, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, phone number, and a password of your choosing. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at contato@usekro.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. KRO AI is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Free Trial

KRO AI offers a 14-day free trial that does not require any payment information. During the trial period, you may access the platform features according to the trial conditions. At the end of the trial, your experiments will be paused and you will only be able to resume operations after selecting and paying for a subscription plan. No charges are made during or at the end of the trial unless you actively choose to subscribe.

5. Subscription Plans and Automatic Renewal

KRO AI offers monthly and annual subscription plans. When subscribing, you choose the billing cycle that suits your needs. All subscription plans are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period — monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year — unless you cancel before the next billing date. Upon renewal, the applicable subscription fee will be charged to the same payment method on file. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the KRO AI platform, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Payments

Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. KRO AI does not store complete credit card information on its servers. All payment data is collected and handled directly by Stripe in accordance with its own security standards and privacy policy. When subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge of the applicable subscription fee. Depending on whether you subscribe as an individual or a business entity, you will be asked to provide billing information including, for individuals, your full name, CPF, and full address, or for business entities, your CNPJ, company legal name, full company address, financial contact name, and business phone number. By completing a purchase, you authorize KRO AI to charge the corresponding amounts through Stripe for the selected plan or service.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the KRO AI platform. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be deactivated and active experiments will be paused. You are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first subscription charge, with no justification required, in accordance with Brazilian consumer protection law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor). This 7-day refund right applies exclusively to the first charge. Subsequent monthly or annual renewals are not eligible for refund. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 10 business days of the request. Upon requesting a refund, your account is immediately suspended and all active experiments are paused. To request a refund, contact us at contato@usekro.ai.

8. Permitted Use

You agree to use KRO AI solely for its intended purpose of copy testing and landing page optimization. The following activities are strictly prohibited: using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose; generating deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content through the AI copy generation features; reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the KRO AI service or any content generated by it without prior written authorization; attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform or Chrome extension; using automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the platform in ways that exceed normal usage; and interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform. Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content made available on the KRO AI platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software code, text, visual elements, and user interface design, is the property of KRO SERVICOS E AUTOMACOES LTDA and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Copy variations generated by the AI for your landing pages are provided for your use within the scope of the KRO AI service. You retain ownership of the original content you submit through the extension. However, you may not claim ownership of the underlying AI models, algorithms, or proprietary technology used to generate such variations.

10. Limitation of Liability

KRO AI is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the platform, Chrome extension, or any related services. We are not responsible for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, updates, third-party service outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KRO AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. The results generated by the AI are suggestions and do not constitute guarantees of performance, conversion rates, or any specific business outcome. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing it on your pages.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

KRO AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate, without prior notice, any account that violates these Terms of Use, applicable laws, or that engages in conduct deemed harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the remaining period of the active subscription.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify users by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of KRO AI after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, no matter how privileged.
