Introduction
This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which users of KRO AI may request a refund for subscription payments. KRO AI is operated by KRO SERVICOS E AUTOMACOES LTDA (CNPJ 66.387.336/0001-67). This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available on our website. All payments are processed through Stripe, and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Right to Refund
You are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first subscription charge, with no justification required, in accordance with Brazilian consumer protection law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, Article 49). This right applies exclusively to the first charge made after the end of your free trial period, regardless of whether you selected a monthly or annual plan.
Non-Eligible Situations
The following situations are not eligible for a refund: any monthly or annual renewal charge after the first billing cycle; requests submitted after the 7-calendar-day period following the first charge; accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of the Terms of Use; and any charges related to third-party services or fees outside of the KRO AI subscription.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to contato@usekro.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your KRO AI account. No justification is required for requests made within the eligible period. Upon submitting a refund request, your account will be immediately suspended and all active experiments will be paused.
Review Period
All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation by email informing you whether your request has been approved or denied, along with the applicable reasoning in case of denial.
Payment Timeline
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund amount will be credited within 10 business days after approval. Depending on your financial institution, the timeframe for the refund to appear on your statement may vary.
Subscription Cancellation
Requesting a refund results in the immediate suspension of your account and all active experiments. If you wish to cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you may do so at any time directly through the KRO AI platform. In that case, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be deactivated and experiments will be paused.
